European designer outlets should look to aspirational bridge brands and the potential for fast fashion entrants to the outlet sector, according to Chris Igwe of CBRE. Speaking at the ICSC European Outlet conference in Barcelona this morning, he speculated that major brands such as H&M and Zara could yet decide to launch major outlet strategies.
