Neil joined Collect+, the UK’s largest independent store based parcel network as CEO in early 2013.

Before joining Collect+, Neil worked as a consultant and business advisor to several blue-chip UK retailers, following a period at Tesco, where he was as a leading member of the team that designed and launched the Tesco Direct business and was a member of the tesco.com board.  Prior to Tesco, Neil worked at Woolworths, Hallmark Cards and CWS Ltd. He has been at the forefront of digital developments in retail for over 15 years and has been described as an innovator in delivery solutions.

Neil holds the rank of Major in the British Army through the Engineering and Logistics Staff Corps where he is a member of an invited group of volunteer professionals who provide advice and guidance to all branches of the armed forces.

As a Transaid Ambassador, Neil has provided support to the team in a number of ventures, and has also participated in cycle rides to Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels

Neil has studied professionally at Insead, Templeton College, Oxford and Manchester Business School. He is a graduate of the University of Manchester.
