Having been at Kewill for 10 years, as SVP, B2B at Kewill, Siân Hopwood is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction for Kewill solutions in the Logistics industry specifically within eCommerce, Drop Ship and EDI. Sian is at the forefront of all things Logistics, focusing on fulfilment methods across many verticals including Retail and Food Services. Working in partnership with some key customers such as ShopDirect, JD Williams and Scotts&Co., Sian drives product strategy to focus on driving customer success through optimisation of the Supply Chain so that both the Retailer and the Customer can reap the benefit of an efficient, first-class fulfilment model. Sian recognises that ‘Consumer Experience’ is key to all Retailers and so solutions need to be able to enable Customers to drive operational efficiency, modernise their systems and optimise processes, allowing them to make smarter decisions with better visibility and control that is needed in the complex world of all things Supply Chain.
