Colm Lauder is a Vice President responsible for MSCI’s real estate investment analytics and research in the EMEA market with a focus on London and Irish markets. More specifically, his research focuses on the economic and geopolitical drivers of the property market and on the distressed debt market and investment vehicles such as REITs and SPVs.
He also sits on the EPP Working Group on Social and Economic Affairs in Brussels, which is one of Europe’s most influential economic policy groups comprising EU Commissioners, Ministers and MEPs.
Colm is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and Dublin Institute of Technology, graduating with an MPhil in Real Estate Finance and a BSc (Hons) in Property Economics, respectively. Colm is a member of the Society of Property Researchers and the Investment Property Forum.
