Chris is Director of Shopping Centres at TH Real Estate.  With over 25 years’ retail experience, Chris is responsible for the development leasing activity of the UK Shopping Centre Fund’s St James development in Edinburgh, as well as overseeing leasing and development activity of various Segregated Mandates including Westfield Stratford and London’s Kinds Cross regeneration. Chris joined the company in 2007, having spent 10 years with Prudential Property Investment Managers (PruPIM) where he was Leasing Director within their Shopping Centre team. Chris is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the British Council of Shopping Centres and the International Council of Shopping Centres. He has a BSc in Valuation and Estate Management from Bristol Polytechnic.
