Dan has worked in real estate and the built environment for over 23 years. He works to build reputations, trigger business growth and drive asset value.
Dan's specialist skill is that he sees the bigger property picture – which now actively embraces technology. His appointments have seen him work for property companies, schemes and developments not just in the UK, but right around the world - notably EMEA.
He and the wider INNESCO business have gained the trust of numerous property clients including AXA, Blackrock, CBREi, Gulf Related, TH Real Estate, AlliedLondon, Hammerson, Hermes, Land Securities, Bouygues Development, Pradera, Delancey, IKEA Centres, Stanhope, intu, British Land, Clivedale, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Westfield, TripleFive, Palm Hills Developments, REM-Sellar Properties, Tishman Speyer, AMF Fastigheter, Tesco, The Crown Estate and The Wellcome Trust.
Key appointments include Westfield's European portfolio in 2009-2013, including the B2B launch of Westfield Stratford City in Sep 2011 ahead of the 2012 Olympic Games. Innesco was also appointed to advise on branding, comms and launch for several Unibail Rodamco projects since 2012 including the Dining Experience and Designer Gallery initiatives with UR Lab and the successful B2B launch of Mall of Scandinavia in 2015. Today the INNESCO portfolio includes some of the world's most respected real estate businesses.
He leads on strategic corporate and project reputation work, lobbies hard to support young professionals, and on the increasing importance and value of marketing communications in real estate, and most recently the role of PropTech across the industry. He currently sits on the REVO Advisory Board, is a former Trustee of the BCSC Education Trust, and sits on the ICSC European Marketing Committee.
