Jack leads TH Real Estate's initiative to embrace technological innovation, change and disruption within its Tomorrow's World philosophy. His focus will include analysis and solutions for how technology is changing what end-users want from real estate, proactive engagement with PropTech start-ups and disruptors, and efforts seeking to leverage emerging technologies such as Big Data & AI. These efforts will be integrated into TH Real Estate's investment process, driving decisions around asset selection, optimal asset management and portfolio resilience. Prior to his current role, Jack worked in the business' R&D team, which he joined in 2016.
