Jonathan Doughty is the founding Managing Director and now Regional Director of Coverpoint Consultancy, an International management consultancy in foodservice advisory services, which is now part of the JLL Group. After achieving a Degree in Hotel and Catering Administration & Management, Jonathan was a Chef and Restaurateur and held various Management roles with Trusthouse Forte, Marriott and Mars, amongst others, before launching Coverpoint in 1993. Since then the business has built a client and project base in over 50 countries and is seen as one of the leading contributors and commentators on the development of foodservice around the world.
