Lara leads international ecommerce projects for multichannel strategy consultancy Practicology. She has worked in international ecommerce for over seven years, and in that time has been involved in the launch of 28 localised websites across eight countries. Her experience and responsibilities include the logistics of import/export, P&L ownership, marketing strategy and trading. Her retail experience includes Oasis, Warehouse, Coast, Karen Millen, Space NK and Hatley.
