Larry is Head of European Retail Agency for Savills, responsible for the delivery of Savills Retail Strategy in Continental Europe. This role includes co-ordinating mandates between our individual country teams with a focus on the core markets of Spain, Germany and France. As Head of the Retail division, Larry is central to all aspects of retail, marketing and development.  He offers his clients advice on acquisitions / disposals and consults with his team on all aspects of the division’s business. Larry joined Savills in 1990. In 2010, Larry was appointed Chairman of the Irish business, a position he held until 2014.   Recent Projects n   Dundrum Town Centre - Larry works with the Asset Management team on key leasing and asset management initiatives n   Liffey Valley Shopping Centre - Larry's recent involvement included the conclusion of the sale of an approx. 3.25 acre food store site to Tesco n   Whitewater Shopping Centre - Development advisor, letting agent and most recently Asset Manager in respect of this major regional scheme n   H&M College Green Dublin - Development and letting advice on major flagship store on behalf of Clarendon Properties. n   Spectrum Portfolio - Sale of major mixed retail portfolio on behalf of Green Property Ventures / Lloyds Bank for in excess of €130 million n   Parks Portfolio - Advice relating to the acquisition of this portfolio   Education n   B.Sc.
