Ludovic Flandin graduated from HEC Paris in 2002. He started his career in 2003 in Deutsche Bank M&A team in London and joined the Unibail-Rodamco in 2003 in the French Retail Team as Operating Analyst.

He then was promoted Operating Manager in 2005 and Group Operating Manager in 2007.

Then he worked in Spain as Director of Operations in 2009 and in 2011 he was promoted Group Director of International Leasing. Since 2013, he is the Managing Director of UR Lab. UR Lab is Unibail-Rodamco’s innovation incubator. Launched in 2012, UR Lab organizes and accelerates innovation within the Group and ensures that promising ideas receive the dedicated resources they deserve.
