With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate retail sector, Myles oversees our retail investment activity across Europe. He is responsible for ensuring our investment strategy is aligned across the region, and our retail specialists are best positioned to identify emerging themes in the sector. Myles joined the company in 1997 and was initially involved in repositioning the retail portfolio from secondary to prime assets. Notable achievements include the development of the UK Shopping Centre Fund, advising Future Fund on their investment into Bullring, Birmingham as well as the development of the shopping centre. He was involved in the partnership of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and APG Asset Management with their investment into Westfield Stratford City. Myles also advised AustralianSuper on their investment into centre:mk as part of a UK retail investment mandate, and has been integral in growing the relationship across the pan-European market. Myles is a members of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the British Council of Shopping Centres. He also has a BSc degree in Urban Estate from Liverpool Polytechnic.
