Paul is the Head of European Retail Asset Management, responsible for establishing and implementing strategy. Prior to joining the company in 2010, Paul started his career as a Property Management Surveyor at Conrad Ritblat before moving to Johnson Fry Asset Managers Plc as a Trust Manager. In 2007 he was appointed Partner of Matrix Property Fund Management LLP, and was responsible for the asset management of the Matrix European Real Estate Investment Trust (MEREIT). Paul is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and has BSc (Hons) from South Bank University.
