Sebastian Baumann is working for ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG as innovation manager and project manager of the future labs in Hamburg and Essen. He studied Retail Management and Marketing at the University of Applied Sciences in Brühl and the Copenhagen Business School. Between 2007 and 2013 he was working for ECE as Center Manager being responsible for the management, specialty leasing, marketing, public relation and all operational issues of different shopping malls in Germany. Beside the general management of existing shopping malls he was even responsible for the grand opening of one of the largest downtown shopping malls in Germany and a multifunctional shopping mall in Slovakia. Since fall 2013 he is in charge of the future labs in Hamburg and Essen. By constantly launching innovative initiatives ECE is moving a step forward in combining the best of online and offline shopping to re-invent and enhance customer experience.
