Stefan is the Head of European Research, with over 10 years’ experience in real estate research. He specialises in global logistics and is regionally focused on Italy, Germany, Austria, the Nordics and CEE markets, as well as Japan. Since joining the company in 2006, Stefan has been involved in marketing and consultancy for German speaking clients. Stefan started his career with HypoVereinsbank Real Estate Advisory Group New York as a Trainee in property asset management and market research. In 2003 he moved to Frankfurt-based Oppenheim Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft where he was a European and US property market analyst. Stefan is a member of the Gesellschaft für immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung (European Real Estate Society).
